You can choose from a traditional Box sash window using cords and
weights or a modern, spiral spring balance system which allows the
windows to run on extruded metal runners which are hidden within the
window frame
Another feature which can be incorporated into the spring balance
system is an innovative tilit mechanism allowing either the upper
or the lower sashes to be opened into the house for easy cleaning.
